AQT
AQT is the tooling system equipped with our original temporary fastening mechanism (PAT) which realizes easy core height adjustment with a single wrench and is optimized for gang tool lathes. Furthermore, this system is small, lightweight and realizes excellent repeatability and quick change.
Spindle
We ALPS TOOL offer spindles with high speed, high precision, and high rigidity according to your request. The spindles we offer are cartridge quill type (easy to install and replace) and equipped with grease lubrication system that responds to ECO. We will develop and supply tool holder and tool clamping mechanism that is necessary for spindle unit.
High Power Collet Chuck
ALPS TOOL collet A'ssy / high power collet A'ssy for NC lathes strongly support high efficiency machining. This collet chuck is available in 5, 6, and 8 inch.
Drill Sharpener
